Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 1–3+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate must have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime or Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/TallyPrime or Zoho Books.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations.
Handle TDS deductions, accounting, reconciliation, and compliance.
Process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain books of accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.




Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required financial records and reports.
Ensure timely compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
1–3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime or Zoho Books.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Positive analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling statutory compliances.
Knowledge of payroll processing is an added advantage.
Familiarity with additional ERP/accounting software is a plus.
