Job Summary
Senior SAP ABAP Developer (Finance & Integration Focus) 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with focus on Finance module Robust Experience in S/4HANA or modern ABAP development (CDS Views, AMDP, OData, RAP) is expected Good experience in core ABAP concepts: Reports, ALV, Enhancements (User Exits/BAdIs), Smart Forms/SAP Scripts is also required Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor or similar tools) is an advantage Good understanding of Finance module processes and terminologies Robust exposure to integration technologies: IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services Proven experience in debugging and performance tuning. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Understanding of clean code practices and modern development approaches. Experience working in projects with high interface volume and complex integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.



Ability to balance support and project work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
3. Design, develop, and test SAP ABAP programs to support business processes
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems are efficient and stable
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical solutions

Skill Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming basics including:
2. ABAP data dictionary
3. Report programming
4. Module pool programming
5. Function module programming
6. Enhancement framework
7. Proficiency in SAP UI5/Fiori, Webdynpro ABAP, and SAP Workflow
8. Experience in SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Cloud Platform
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Other Requirements
1. SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (If any)
