Job Summary
Total : 3+ Years of experience
Relevant : Minimum of 2+ in SAP BASIS Admin / Support Adhering to SLAs
- Mentoring / Training Team Members
- Handling tickets / requests
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to
- Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
- Manage all basis activity performed by the infrastructure basis team members.

Key Responsibilities
Adhering to SLAs
- Mentoring / Training Team Members
- Handling tickets / requests
- Troubleshooting technical issues

Skill Requirements
Installing, configuring and maintaining SAP server, ABAP, Java and ABAP+Java Stacks
- SAP Kernel Upgrade
- SAP Remote Client Copy
- SAP Parameter Handling
- SAP Client Export / Import
- Homogenous System Refresh or System Copy
- Basic Troubleshooting
- SAP Certificate handling (Web Dispatcher, ABAP, JAVA, Cloud Connector)
- Upgrade : SPS upgrade through SUM tool (ABAP & JAVA)
- SAP Language Installation
- System Restart along with DB and OS
- Basic Linux Commands
- Good understanding of SAP HANA DB

Other Requirements
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Positive documentation skills
- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
- Should have great customer handling skills
- Able to handle unforeseen situations
- High level of acceptance
- Can drive HCL’s value and its methodology
