Job Summary
As a Design Lead specializing in Reliability Analysis, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design team and setting the standards for reliability within our products. Your expertise in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) will guide the integration of reliability principles into the design strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the delivery of high-quality design solutions that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Related To Reliability Analysis Into Software/Product Development, Focusing On Mtbf Metrics.
2. Lead A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance In Applying Reliability Analysis Techniques, Ensuring The Team Delivers High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Business Goals.

Present Design Concepts And Strategies That Incorporate Reliability Considerations To Stakeholders, Gathering Feedback And Iterating On Designs To Enhance Product Performance.
4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices Specifically For Reliability, Ensuring Consistency In Mtbf Analysis And Application Across All Design Projects.
5. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Reliability Analysis To Drive Innovation And Excellence In Design, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement Within The Team.
Skill Requirements
1. Solid Understanding Of Reliability Analysis, Particularly In Mean Time Between Failures (Mtbf) Methodologies.
2. Proficiency In Design Thinking Principles And Their Application In Product Development.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Design Standards And Best Practices Relevant To Reliability.
4. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills For Stakeholder Engagement.
5. Familiarity With Data Analysis Tools And Techniques For Reliability Assessment.
