Job Summary
Job Overview
The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing infrastructure and system monitoring for RF360 India. This role involves ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance of critical systems, supporting software and data teams, and driving operational excellence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and operate KNIME-specific servers, data platforms, and applications (e.g., Discover Ecosystem, VerticaDB). Direct interaction with vendors, users, and application owners to enhance systems and resolve incidents.

1. Enhance and improve system resilience, performance, and stability. Own incident analysis and resolution (2nd and 3rd level support).
2. Support Software, ML, and Data teams. Assist teams in setting up software infrastructure and integrating third-party applications. Collaborate with ML and data teams to ensure smooth integration and performance of platforms.

Monitoring Monitor servers, platforms, and applications for uptime and performance. Conduct performance analysis, updates, and upgrades of existing systems. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to prevent downtime.

Skill Requirements
Advanced Linux & application administration experience.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server-based applications.
• Advanced database knowledge including system optimization (e.g., Vertica, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Advanced experience with container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with data monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog) is a plus.
• Advanced experience with cloud technologies (AWS stack preferred).
• Robust troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Other Requirements
Exposure to RF360 or semiconductor manufacturing systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Nagios).
• Knowledge of SAP Basis or related enterprise applications.
