Company Overview
This role manages key global and regional HR digital platform projects such as Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, and other HR SaaS tools. The manager acts as both a people leader and an internal consultant, driving change and ensuring strong collaboration across GPS, HR leaders, COEs, and Digital teams. The role is responsible for creating a clear product roadmap, supporting global consistency, improving platform adoption, and ensuring a solid HR user experience. It also includes preparing and analysing global HR reports on staffing, cost, productivity, and efficiency, providing leadership with accurate, standardized, and timely data-driven insights across all regions.
