Job Summary
To lead the strategic vision and execution of innovative, enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Role: Lead multiple engineering teams delivering scalable retail / omnichannel platforms with solid technical and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of retail systems (E‑commerce, OMS, Inventory, Fulfillment).
• Drive architecture, design decisions, and engineering best practices.
• Manage, mentor, and scale engineering teams; ensure delivery excellence.
• Partner with Product, Business, and Architecture stakeholders.
• Ensure agile execution, quality, reliability, and production stability.

Technical Skills (Must‑Have):
• Strong background in Java / Spring Boot or .NET Core / Node.js.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, event‑driven architectures.
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.




• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, monitoring & observability tools.
• Exposure to retail platforms (e‑commerce, supply chain, order management).
