Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in overseeing operations management with an emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This role is pivotal in ensuring that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective people management, leading to enhanced client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Security Pre-Sales Strategies And Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Frameworks To Improve Management Reporting, Optimize Information Flow, And Streamline Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Delivers Exceptional Service, Aligning With Client Expectations And Contractual Obligations Within The Security Pre-Sales Domain.

Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Promoting Transparent Communication Of Project Goals, Leveraging Pre-Sales Methodologies To Enhance Team Performance And Client Engagement.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Methodologies In Security Pre-Sales And Grc Processes, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
