Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Act as supervisor and coach for other project managers and project team members
Interact with stakeholders and motivate groups of both technical and business personnel
Maintain focus of team members on work products, hold others accountable for timely completion of high quality work
Execute on actions and deliverables required to close audit issues and complete deliverables identified by WS2 DORA gap assessment and action plan
Coordinate execution with WS2 leadership and report on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Manage risks and dependencies including collaboration and management of relevant dependency owners
Ensure WS2 initiatives are aligned and managed against DORA requirements expected to be on scope
Senior expert required to ensure alignment and management against DORA requirements.

Experience Requirements (Essential):
6+ years of experience from projects and 3+ years as Project Manager
Able to establish, lead and deliver complex projects
Experience from international projects
Has in-depth competence and experience within project management tools & methods and leadership capabilities
Familiar with resilience regulations such as DORA, and specific requirements related to digital resilience, ICT risk management, incidence reporting, and business continuity
Solid time management prowess,



characterized by adeptness in adhering to deadlines and systematically approach tasks
Management consulting skills including strong stakeholder management and expectations alignment
Familiarity with broader operational resilience frameworks including financial continuity, ICT operations, and interdependencies between different systems
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint enabling formulation of initiatives and projects reports tailored for executive audiences
Robust capabilities in presentations quality and attention to details
Good understanding of financial services sector to navigate through complex corporate environments
Understanding of regulatory driven projects together with IT familiarity with Disaster Recovery plans and restore testing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee SAP Security and GRC operations by administering user access management, segregation of duties, and role design in SAP GRC, ensuring compliance with SOX IT General Controls and GDPR.
2. Direct regulatory compliance management by implementing and maintaining controls and monitoring mechanisms using SAP GRC tools to meet SOX, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
3. Lead the identification and resolution of complex SAP security issues using SAP GRC Access Control and Risk Analysis,



ensuring operational risks are mitigated and compliance objectives are achieved.
4. Guide the development and optimization of compliance processes by leveraging SAP GRC Process Controls and automation tools, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing reporting accuracy.
5. Mentor and empower support teams by providing expert knowledge in SAP Security, GRC, and regulatory frameworks, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Innovate operational strategies by evaluating emerging technologies and regulatory trends, recommending improvements for SAP Security and compliance processes to enhance organizational resilience.
7. Ensure timely and effective communication of compliance requirements, audit findings, and remediation actions using SAP GRC reporting features, facilitating alignment with client and organizational goals.

Other Requirements
1. SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Access Control (recommended).
2. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certifications are optional but valuable.
