Job Summary
The QA/Test Lead will own overall testing strategy and validation governance for migrated and upgraded DataStage workloads. The project documents explicitly mention functional, regression, performance testing, UAT, reconciliation, and sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
• Define test strategy for DataStage upgrade and migration validation.
• Create test plans, test cases, and validation checkpoints for job functionality, data quality, and performance.
• Lead functional, regression, performance, and volume testing of migrated jobs.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT support,



defect triage, and closure tracking.
• Ensure test evidence, sign-off documentation, and production-go-live readiness.
• Work closely with Data Reconciliation Lead and business stakeholders on acceptance criteria.

Skill Requirements
• Robust ETL/data testing experience.
• Good understanding of data validation, defect management, and regression strategy.
• Experience testing complex transformation pipelines and migration scenarios.

Other Requirements
• Experience with DataStage-based ETL systems.
• Exposure to large data-volume validation and reconciliation.
