Job Summary
Technical Skills: Have mechanical design skill on injection, stamping and die casting parts. Have knowledge on injection, stamping, die coasting process. Have CATIA 3D modelling skill. Have CATIA 2D drawing skill. Have tolerance analysis knowledge. Have GD&T; application skill. Have design validation skill. Have mechanical problems solving skill.

Key Responsibilities

Develop mechanical designs for electronics
Create concept designs, 3D models and draft part drawings.




Develop prototype tooling and manual fixture for CV&DV; build.
Perform DFMEA or DRBFM.
Perform tolerance stack up analysis.
Create customer drawing of different products for customers.
Support change projects.
Other related work assigned by leader.

Skill Requirements
Must Have:
• Catia V5 tool with plastic and sheet metal experience
• Tolerance stack up
• Manufacturing Jigs design experience - basics should be fine
• Develop mechanical designs for electronics preferably in Automotive
• Product design - Safety electronics - ECU
• PCB layouts
• PLM / Windchill
