We're looking for a Chief AI Technology Officer (CAITO/CTO) who wants to build a category-defining company from the ground up—not just join another startup. Own architecture decisions from MVP to enterprise scale. Build highly scalable cloud-native AI infrastructure. Ensure security, reliability, performance, and compliance. Engineering Leadership Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team. Establish engineering best practices and coding standards. Drive agile product delivery. Define CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and deployment processes. Create an engineering culture focused on innovation and speed. Product Innovation Work closely with founders to: Convert customer problems into AI products. Prioritize product roadmap. Validate MVPs quickly. Iterate using customer feedback. Identify opportunities for AI-driven differentiation. Infrastructure Design and manage: AWS / Azure / GCP Kubernetes Docker GPU Infrastructure Vector Databases Event-Driven Architecture Microservices API Gateway AI Monitoring Research & Innovation Stay ahead of developments in: Large Language Models OpenAI Anthropic Google Gemini Open-source LLMs AI Agents Agentic Frameworks AI Safety Enterprise AI Autonomous Systems
