Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the preventive maintenance program for all mechanical equipment.
- Further you will coordinate preparation and execution of overhauling of rotating equipment during turnarounds,
emergency shutdowns and equipment breakdowns.
- Additionally, you will review plant condition-based data and equipment reports for reliable operation of plant, support condition monitoring program (viz. vibration monitoring, oil analysis, VDL, ECM, Ultrasonic etc.). and take lead in coordinating the site activities on rotating equipment during turnaround.
- Making annual plans for OPEX & CAPEX, training for site mechanical engineers & technicians and making detailed job plans for major shutdown/ TAR (materials & services, budget etc), vendor selection for material supply & services is a part of your responsibility.
- Furthermore,



you will support root cause failure analysis related to mechanical failure of equipment, conduct technical evaluation of rotating equipment vendors for minor and major projects and assist, participate and advise in other regions breakdowns & planned TARs.
- Moreover, you are in charge for carrying out inspection during construction & commissioning of rotating equipment for minor and major projects.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with two to four (2-4) years of experience in continuous process industries preferably ASU / Petrochemical / Fertilizers.
