Role u0026 responsibilities nOwn the Zoho One ecosystem across CRM, Projects, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, Analytics, Creator, Forms, Sign, and other business applications. nGather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable digital solutions. nWork closely with implementation partners and vendors to design, implement, and optimize business processes. nManage product roadmap, releases, enhancements, and feature prioritization. nConfigure workflows, approvals, forms, dashboards, reports, and automation. nDrive process standardization across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Service, and Operations. nCoordinate integrations between Zoho and third-party applications, including ERP, payment gateways, communication tools, and APIs. nMonitor system adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and increase operational efficiency. nPrepare functional specifications, UAT plans, training documentation,



and SOPs. nEnsure data quality, governance, security, and user access management. nAct as the internal product owner for all enterprise applications. nnPreferred candidate profile n4 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation. nHands-on exposure to Zoho One implementation is preferred. nExperience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or HubSpot. nRobust understanding of CRM, Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, and Workflow Automation. nExperience working with APIs and system integrations. nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. nSolid analytical and problem-solving mindset. .
