Roles and Responsibilities :nnnnDesign, implement, and maintain process excellence frameworks to improve operational efficiency across finance processes.nnnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using SAP HANA and Power BI tools.nnnDevelop and execute workflow automation projects to streamline financial operations, reducing manual errors and improving productivity.nnnProvide analytics insights to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, identifying opportunities for further optimization.nnnnJob Requirements :nnnn5-7 years of experience in Process Excellence Analyst role within the Financial Services industry.nnnStrong understanding of SAP HANA systems and ability to leverage its capabilities for process improvements.nnnProficiency in Power BI toolset, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting. .
