Ability to manage order exceptions: price/discount mismatch, stock availability, delivery blocks, credit holds, master data errors, order amendments/cancellations. Understanding of order types, cut-offs, shipping conditions, and basic returns Basic knowledge of customer master elements (bill-to/ship-to, payment terms, tax indicators) and their impact on order processing.Payment Matching: Apply daily cash receipts, wire transfers, and checks to exact customer invoices using remittance advice.Dispute Resolution:
