Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand existing business processes and identify areas for ERP improvement.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Participate in ERP implementation, configuration support, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, QA and support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Perform requirement traceability, issue analysis and functional validation.
- Support data validation, migration-related activities and post-go-live stabilization.
- Conduct user discussions and assist with training/documentation where required.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Provide functional support and resolve ERP-related issues after implementation.

Mandatory Skills





- 2–5 years of experience as ERP Business Analyst / ERP Functional Consultant / ERP Implementation Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects.
- Solid requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing BRD/FRD and process documentation.
- Experience with UAT, testing, defect tracking and go-live support.
