Shape executive reporting and Programme Board communications, providing clear and insightful updates on programme health, progress, and key decisions.Partner with the Programme Director and senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making, managing escalations, and responding to high-priority business requests.Champion effective governance by identifying, managing, and escalating cross-workstream risks, issues, and dependencies to drive successful outcomes. Develop and lead a high-performing PMO team, fostering continuous improvement, delivery discipline, and consistently high-quality programme outputs.Who you areYou bring experience leading PMO functions, governance,
