Role Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic
and driven IT Recruiter who is passionate about connecting talent
with opportunity.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end -to -end recruitment for IT
roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and
collaborate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals,
LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and coordinate and
schedule technical interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a
smooth hiring experience
- Follow up with candidates and maintain
recruitment trackers and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool
for future hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment
(IT hiring preferred, freshers with robust interest can apply)
- Basic understanding of IT roles such as
Developers, QA, Support, Data roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal
skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a
fast -paced environment
- Self -motivated, proactive, and
result -driven mindset
- Familiarity with job portals like
Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.,
Must -Have Skills
- Communication & negotiation skills
- Sourcing and screening techniques
- Basic understanding of recruitment
lifecycle
- Stakeholder management
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
