TruHap Child Development Center is looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to support children with developmental, learning, behavioral, and academic challenges. The Special Educator will work closely with children, parents, therapists, and schools to develop individualized learning plans that help children achieve their educational and developmental goals. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Planning Conduct educational and developmental assessments of children. Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable short-term and long-term goals. Design customized learning strategies based on each child's abilities and needs. Conduct one-on-one and small-group special education sessions. Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Delays, and other special needs. Teach academic concepts, functional skills, social skills, and life skills.



Adapt educational materials and teaching methods according to the child's learning style. Use evidence-based teaching techniques and intervention strategies. Guide parents regarding home-based learning activities and behavioural strategies. Educate parents on realistic expectations, goal setting, and progress monitoring. Track and document child progress regularly. Prepare progress reports, school reports, and discharge summaries when required. School Coordination Coordinate with schools, teachers, and resource personnel whenever required. Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications. Assist parents in advocating for the child's educational needs. Contribute to integrated intervention planning. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education (B.Ed. Special Education / M.Special Education). Freshers with strong practical exposure may also apply. Strong understanding of child development and learning disabilities.
