About Track3D Track3D is a Reality Intelligence platform for the construction industry, focused on automating construction monitoring using visual data. We work closely with large general contractors, owners, and project teams to turn raw site data into actionable progress, risk, and execution insights—without adding operational lift for field teams. As we scale deployments across complex projects and enterprise customers, we are looking for a Product Implementation Lead who can operate at the intersection of customer requirements, implementation delivery, and product evolution. The Product Implementation Lead acts as a critical bridge between Product, Implementation, and Customer Success. This role is responsible for translating real-world customer needs into scalable implementation approaches and actionable product inputs—ensuring consistent customer outcomes. You will work closely with Implementation Specialists, Product & Engineering teams,



Customer Success Managers, and customer project teams. Act as the bridge between Product, Implementation, and Customer teams. Own and guide implementation approaches for complex projects. Enable implementation teams through best practices and playbooks. Required Experience ~8+ years experience in construction technology, BIM/VDC, or enterprise software implementation. ~ Experience working directly with customers on complex projects. ~ Ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions.
