About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn, experiment, and build a career in digital marketing.
The candidate will work closely with the digital marketing team and receive hands-on exposure to Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, and Campaign Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support day-to-day management of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with the content and creative team for social media posts, reels, ad creatives and other marketing assets.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Learn and implement basic SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization and competitor analysis.
- Conduct market, audience and competitor research.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports using relevant metrics.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns and track leads through campaign funnels.
- Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers and marketing reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms and tools.
- Support the team with other digital marketing and client-related activities.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Strong interest in Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and social media is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Digital Marketing certification/course is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Digital Marketing are encouraged to apply.
