We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end

recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating

interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience while helping the organization attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
- Create and publish job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference and background verification when required.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.




- Generate a strong and continuous candidate pipeline through organic sourcing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, Naukri, social media, professional communities, employee referrals, networking events, and internal talent databases.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates to maintain a ready talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify potential candidates for critical and niche roles.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Required Skills

- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and interview methods.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or corporate hiring.
- Understanding of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of employer branding and social media recruitment.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms
