Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, digital presence, lead generation, and overall marketing performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional marketing teams, execute strategic campaigns, and contribute to business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the in-house marketing team including videographers, designers, content writers, and SEO specialists.
- Assign tasks, review deliverables, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards across all marketing activities.
- Own marketing execution, campaign performance, KPI tracking,



and lead generation targets across digital channels.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies and oversee content planning, publishing, and creative approvals.
- Monitor marketing performance, generate actionable insights, and coordinate with business consultants and stakeholders to achieve growth objectives.
