Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Full Stack Development
You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of web application development — from understanding requirements to deployment and maintenance. This includes building scalable architecture, writing efficient code, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Front-End Development & User Experience
Develop responsive, high-performance, and visually consistent user interfaces using contemporary frameworks. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and optimal user experience across all devices.

Back-End Development & API Management
Design and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs. Ensure secure data handling, efficient processing, and smooth communication between systems and third-party integrations.

Database Design & Optimization
Structure, manage, and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and data integrity. Regularly monitor and improve query performance and storage efficiency.

Code Quality & Best Practices
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Maintain version control, adhere to coding standards, and ensure ease of scalability and future upgrades.

Testing, Debugging & Maintenance
Continuously test applications to identify bugs,



performance issues, and vulnerabilities. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain stability of live systems.

Deployment & Performance Optimization
Assist in deployment processes, monitor application performance, and implement optimizations to improve speed, responsiveness, and system efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Project Lead, designers, and other team members to translate requirements into functional outputs. Ensure alignment between design, development, and business objectives.

Ownership & Accountability
Take ownership of assigned modules and tasks, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Proactively flag risks, dependencies, or blockers.

Required Technical Skills

· HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

· React.js / Next.js

· Node.js, Express.js

· REST APIs, JWT/OAuth Authentication

· MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB

· Git & GitHub/GitLab

· Docker, CI/CD basics

· AWS/Vercel/Netlify/Render

· Testing: Postman, Jest, Cypress/Playwright

· Performance optimization and debugging

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
