Job Title

Executive - Production

Job Description

Responsible for carrying out production documentation activities in compliance with cGMP, EHS, and quality requirements to ensure protected, efficient, and timely manufacturing as per the production plan.

- Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documents.




- Ensure documentation complies with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
- Initiate and coordinate Change Controls for production-related activities.
- Perform Quality Risk Assessments (QRA) and implement risk mitigation actions.
- Investigate deviations, incidents, and quality events, and support root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
- Review completed BMRs for accuracy and submit them to QA for batch release.
- Prepare and revise SOPs, formats, and production-related documents.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and other functions for timely closure of quality documents.
- Ensure timely closure of Change Controls, investigations, CAPAs, and risk assessments.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Identify and implement documentation and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and company quality standards at all times.

Qualification:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma / B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Experience:

- 2–8 years of experience in API, Intermediate, Chemical manufacturing with exposure to cGMP-compliant production operations.
