Job Description:
What We Are Looking For
5 – 9 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, SaaS Product SEO, and Organic Growth.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading and mentoring an SEO team.
Experience working in AI, SaaS, B2B Software, Product-Led Growth (PLG), or Digital Marketing companies.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO including website architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and schema markup.
Hands-on experience in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and optimizing content for AI-powered search experiences.
Proven experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Experience developing SEO strategies for SaaS products, feature pages, documentation, blogs, landing pages, and knowledge bases.
Strong knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority, entity optimization, and content clustering.
Experience conducting technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sitebulb, or similar platforms.
Experience implementing structured data and schema markup to improve AI search visibility.
Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and SEO reporting.
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Content, and Marketing teams.
Ability to define SEO roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable business growth.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.




Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the overall SEO strategy for AI and SaaS products to increase organic traffic, qualified leads, and product sign-ups.
Manage and mentor a team of SEO Specialists, Technical SEO Executives, and Content SEO professionals.
Develop and execute Technical SEO strategies to improve website performance, crawlability, indexing, and search visibility.
Plan and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies for featured snippets, AI answers, and conversational search.
Execute GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search engines and LLM platforms.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website architecture, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
Build topical authority through semantic SEO, content clustering, and strategic content planning.
Perform keyword research focused on commercial, transactional, informational, and AI search intent.
Optimize SaaS landing pages, feature pages, documentation, blogs, and help center content for organic growth.
Monitor website performance, rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI search visibility using SEO analytics tools.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Content, and Marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for sustainable organic growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
Qualifications
5 –9 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO and SaaS Product SEO.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading an SEO team.
Robust expertise in Technical SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization),



and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Experience optimizing websites for AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Proven experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Looker Studio.
Strong understanding of semantic SEO, entity SEO, structured data, schema markup, and topical authority.
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, crawl budget optimization, indexation management, and website performance optimization.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in AI, SaaS, or Product-Led Growth (PLG) organizations is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or Python for SEO automation will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and lead SEO initiatives in a fast-paced remote work environment.
