PavanGati is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Controller to manage and monitor inventory across our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring product movement, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring products are available when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track incoming and outgoing products in the warehouse.
- Regularly check physical stock against system inventory.
- Identify and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Monitor product quantities and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Track expiry dates, damaged products, and near-expiry products.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Picker & Packer team for stock availability.
- Record stock receiving from suppliers and verify quantities.
- Update inventory management software/system accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Inform the management about low-stock and overstock situations.
- Ensure proper product storage and warehouse organization.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff when required.
- Help reduce inventory loss, wastage, and stock mismatches.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements.

- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Basic computer and inventory software skills.
- Valuable Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices is preferred.

Experience
1–3 years preferred
Candidates with experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, grocery, retail, warehouse, or inventory management will be preferred.
Salary
₹[Salary Range] per month + Performance Incentives
Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and company policy.
