About the Role : We are seeking accurate and computer-literate individuals to join our team as Invoice Data Entry Operators. In this role, your primary focus will be entering invoice details into our spreadsheets.
This role offers complete flexibility: candidates with their own laptop and internet connection can Work from Home, while candidates without a laptop can work directly from our Office using company-provided workstations. It is an ideal position for freshers, students looking for flexible hours, or freelancers seeking steady work. Full training on our specific invoice formats and internal software will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately extract and input invoice data (vendor details, invoice numbers, dates, line items, quantities, rates, tax amounts, and totals) into Microsoft Excel .
- Use Excel formulas and functions to cross-verify totals, tax calculations, and verify invoice accuracy.
- Identify and report data discrepancies, duplicate invoices, or missing information.




- Maintain high data accuracy and strict confidentiality regarding financial records.

Requirements & Skills

- Computer Proficiency: Sound knowledge of basic computer operations, file management, internet browsing, and digital document handling.
- Excel Skills: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas like SUM/AVERAGE, sorting, filtering, and table formatting).
- Numeric Accuracy: Sharp eye for numbers and details to ensure zero input errors on financial values.
- Typing Speed: Decent typing speed, particularly on the numeric keypad (Numpad).
- Education: Open to high school graduates, current students, or diploma holders. No prior experience required.

Work Location Options

- Work from Home (Remote): Requires your own functional laptop or desktop.
- Office-Based (On-Site): Fully equipped computer systems provided at our office.
