Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely material availability for production, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Typical responsibilities include inventory control, material inward/outward processes, documentation, and coordination with production and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive materials and verify quantity and quality against Purchase Orders and delivery challans.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material inward, outward, and stock registers.
- Issue materials to production departments against approved material requisitions.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and cycle counts.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.




- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP/Tally or Excel.
- Prepare daily stock reports, inventory reports, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the store area.
- Follow company policies related to inventory control and audit compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Science, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience in the electrical, switchgear, or electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
