The BD & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing partnerships with wedding planners, event planners, and corporate clients, and genera ng recurring business opportuni es for Trove.
This role requires a proactive, people-oriented qualified who is comfortable with field visits, networking, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and events ecosystem.
- Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potetial clients.
Client Acquisition:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with:
- o Wedding planners
- o Event planners
- o Corporate HR/Admin teams
- o Procurement teams
- Present Trove’s gitiing solutions and pitch customized offerings.
Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain regular engagement with key contacts in the industry.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Track meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Market Presence:
- Represent Trove in networking events, industry meetups, and local business communities when required.
- Stay updated on trends in corporate gifting and wedding gifting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
