Designation: Senior Ticketing consultant – Domestic & International
Department: Ticketing
Experience: 6–8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.

· Manage booking, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds, date changes, and itinerary modifications.

· Provide accurate fare quotations and advise clients on suitable flight options.

· Handle GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent.

· Check fare rules, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and ticketing conditions.

· Coordinate with airlines, corporate clients, travel agents, and internal teams.

· Handle urgent customer queries and resolve ticketing-related issues efficiently.

· Ensure accuracy in PNR creation, ticket issuance, invoicing, and documentation.

· Monitor pending bookings, payments, refunds, and ticketing deadlines.





· Support junior team members and guide them on ticketing procedures and GDS operations.

· Maintain daily reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Domestic & International Air Ticketing.

· Hands-on experience with GDS and airline portals.

· Good knowledge of fare calculation, reissue, refund, and cancellation procedures.

· Experienced in Galileo only.

· Strong communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet TAT.

· Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
