Key Responsibilities

- Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and other logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and other service providers to obtain the best commercial rates.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure competitive pricing for customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to provide timely and accurate quotations.
- Monitor market trends, freight rates, and geopolitical developments affecting logistics and shipping.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of rate contracts with shipping lines and vendors.
- Travel as required to meet shipping lines, vendors, and business partners.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates must have experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Thorough knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, and pricing.




- Solid network and relationships with shipping lines for rate negotiations.
- Good understanding of geographical locations, trade lanes, and geopolitical factors affecting international logistics.
- Willingness to travel as and when required for business.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- This is a full-time, office-based role. Work From Home (WFH) is not applicable.

Preferred Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in pricing within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Experience in handling import/export pricing for both Air and Sea Freight.
