CodeBuzzers Technologies is hiring an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing hiring processes, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Post jobs on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions quickly
- Manage onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Maintain employee records and attendance data
- Assist in payroll inputs and HR operations
- Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
- Support HR policies and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred:
- Experience in IT hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
