Job Summary

Role: Should have rich experience in managing Supply Chain as a Domain Process Lead, preferably in Planning, S2P & Order Management with added knowledge of Engg ServicesMust have a strong knowledge of Global Supply Chain Operations and have managed Onshore/Nearshore processes. Have good understanding of industry automation tools (AI, Gen-AI, RPA etc) in SCM domain and have actively engaged in deploymentShould have strong analytical skills with Date to Decision approach, reporting and should be able to lead/coordination to manage cross-departmental actions Must have good communication skills and be flexible on working hours (preferred coverage 10am – 11pm IST)Should be able to lead, execute and close action independently with minimum support in this Individual Contributor role.

Skill set requirements: Strong knowledge of end-to-end SCM processes.Should have rich experience in managing OTC as a Domain Process Lead, with 15+ years of experience.Experience in Finance & Accounting BPO or Shared Services.Expertise in process transformation and continuous improvement.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process excellence methodologies.Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate.Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
