Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise content management systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting document management workflows and configurations.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with integration of OpenText Documentum with other enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
