Job Summary

The BMS Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, management, and delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects. The role involves project planning, engineering coordination, procurement management, site execution, commissioning oversight, client management, financial control, and successful project handover while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Manage BMS projects from award to final handover.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage project scope, budget, risks, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Engineering & Design Management

- Review and approve:

o BMS Architecture

o Network Topology

o Control Schematics

o IO Summary

o Shop Drawings

o Sequence of Operations

- Coordinate engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure design compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Site Execution Management

- Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and productivity.
- Conduct periodic site reviews and progress meetings.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and tools.

Commercial & Financial Management

- Monitor project budgets and profitability.
- Track project costs and forecast expenditures.
- Manage variation orders and change requests.
- Review vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Support billing and payment follow-ups.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Attend project review meetings.




- Present project updates and reports.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
