Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person
- Assist customers with orders, complaints, and account information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks
- Work with team members to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer support at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
