- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Manage company accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to create engaging content.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign results.
- Build and grow online communities and customer relationships.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
