We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer with 2- 6 years of hands-on social media experience. You will manage multiple client accounts, create content, and drive growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities-

- Develop organic social media strategies and monthly content calendars
- Manage and grow brand accounts on Instagram and Facebook
- Should be creative and cutting-edge. Someone who thinks out of the box and consistently delivers fresh, quality content ideas beyond the obvious.
- Create on-brand static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels using design tools.
- Plan, script, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using video creation tools
- Use AI tools for content creation always edited to match brand voice before publishing
- Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and Buffer.

Key Responsibilities For Meta Ads

- Plan, execute,



and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Work with different campaign objectives (Leads, Sales)
- Manage and optimize Pixel events & Conversion API setup
- Create and manage catalogue (dynamic product) campaigns
- Write high-performing ad copies aligned with audience intent
- Coordinate with design/video teams for image and video creatives
- Focus on website-based lead generation (not just instant forms)
- Optimize campaigns based onplacements, audience signals, and performance data
- Perform deep analysis of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Identify what’s working/not working and take data-driven actions
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and strategies

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
