Job Overview

The Sr. Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in organic marketing, content strategy, influencer marketing, community building, paid social campaigns, analytics, and brand growth.

Tasks & Activities

· Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

· Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

· Drive organic growth through content planning, brand storytelling, and community engagement.

· Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans aligned with business goals.

· Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from creator outreach to performance reporting.

· Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and platform insights.

· Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver consistent brand communication.

· Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end social media and digital marketing campaigns.

· Own the social media presence and brand growth across platforms.

· Build and execute organic marketing strategies to improve reach and engagement.

· Manage influencer collaborations and evaluate campaign ROI.

· Create dashboards, reports, and performance insights for stakeholders.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

· Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.





· 4–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency environment.

· Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, Organic Marketing, Content Strategy, and Community Building.

· Hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing for brands.

· Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.

· Excellent communication, creativity, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

· Experience in B2B marketing.

· Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience using AI tools for content creation and social media optimization.

Pay: ₹10,083.47 - ₹45,000.00 per month
