We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Executive to be the financial heartbeat of our company. You will take full ownership of our daily accounting operations using Tally, ensuring flawless statutory compliance and maintaining accurate financial data. Key Responsibilities
- Tally Management: Record daily financial transactions, vouchers, and journal entries directly into TallyPrime.
- Core Accounting: Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), process invoices, and maintain accurate general ledgers.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and cash books weekly to resolve financial discrepancies quickly.
- Tax & Compliance: Generate GST and TDS reports directly from Tally to ensure seamless, timely statutory filings.
- Financial Reporting:
Assist in month-end closing and generate accurate Tally-based MIS reports for management
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience: Prior experience working with a real estate firm or construction company is highly preferred.
- Software Skills: Advanced, hands-on expertise in TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9 is mandatory. Strong MS Excel skills are required.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and corporate bookkeeping principles.
- Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong problem-solving capabilities, and strict adherence to deadlines.
