Job Title: Donor Care Coordinator - Individual Donors, HNIs & Community Giving

Reports To: Head of Partnerships & Communication

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Donor Care Coordinator is responsible for building and managing ONYVA’s individual donor base, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and long-term donor relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prospect Identification & Segmentation
- Build a pipeline of prospective individual donors each month, focusing on individuals aligned with TARA's mission and values.
- Maintain donor profiles and segment donors to enable personalized engagement and stewardship.
- Outreach & Relationship Building
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and professional networks.
- Initiate outreach attempts and conduct meaningful donor conversations each month.
- Build trust-based relationships by understanding donor interests, motivations, and giving aspirations.
- Donor Acquisition & Fundraising
- Convert new donors per month through relationship-based fundraising.
- Achieve monthly fundraising targets.
- Identify opportunities to deepen donor engagement beyond financial contributions.
- Donor Engagement & Community Building
- Organize curated donor engagement events that strengthen donors' connection to TARA's work.
- Develop relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and networks that can expand TARA's supporter base.
- Donor Stewardship & Retention
- Ensure donors receive timely, personalized,



and impactful communication.
- Build long-term donor relationships that encourage continued giving and advocacy.
- Deliver a positive donor experience through responsive, empathetic, and professional engagement.
- Execution & Data Management
- Maintain accurate donor records and track engagement, fundraising, and retention metrics.
- Ensure timely follow-up and high standards of execution across all donor interactions.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Conversion rate (outreach → donor)
- Average donation size
- Repeat donor rate
- Growth of individual donor base

PROFILE REQUIREMENTSQualifications & Experience

- MBA, Master’s in Communication or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, relationship management

Skills and Competencies

- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Event & Campaign Planning
- Relationship Management

- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, including CSR regulations, FCRA guidelines (where relevant), and financial compliance requirements as per the donor agreements
- Maintain complete transparency and accuracy in all donor communications and reporting
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethical fundraising, and responsible representation of ONYVA

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (Indicative)

- Fixed salary component
- Performance-linked variable (based on funds raised, not effort-based inputs)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
