Job Description

- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Export & Import Logistics Executive to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers who are interested in building a career in international trade, export-import operations, and logistics.
- The candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, communicating with freight forwarders and transporters, and tracking import/export consignments.

Key Responsibilities

- * Assist in day-to-day export and import logistics operations.
- * Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, CHA/customs agents, and other service providers.
- * Assist in preparing and maintaining export/import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and related records.
- * Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
- * Follow up on shipment schedules, pickup, dispatch, and delivery.
- * Maintain proper records of logistics and shipment-related documents.
- * Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order and shipment processing.




- * Assist with customs and compliance-related documentation as required.
- * Handle routine emails and communication related to shipments.
- * Ensure timely completion of assigned logistics activities.

Candidate Requirements

- * Freshers are welcome to apply.
- * Good communication and coordination skills.
- * Basic knowledge of *MS Excel, Word, and email communication*.
- * Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- * Willingness to learn about export-import procedures and international logistics.
- * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- * Candidates with basic knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documents, customs procedures, or international trade* will have an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
