Job Summary: The Insurance Advisor is responsible for identifying clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable insurance products. The role involves building strong customer relationships, generating new business, servicing existing clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and understand clients' insurance requirements.
Advise clients on suitable life, health, travel and other insurance products.
Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
Prepare insurance quotations and explain policy terms, benefits, exclusions, and premiums.
Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing timely support and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
Stay updated on new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Insurance certification or license (if required by local regulations).
Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Experience:
1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or advisory services (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of sales targets.
Number of new policies issued.
Policy renewal rate.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Timely resolution of customer queries and claims.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
