Job Description :
Key Responsibilities

*Pre-Sales Support

* Handle incoming inquiries from customers through phone, email, WhatsApp,

and other channels.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for

solution inputs.

* Prepare and share quotations, proposals, stock, and product information.

* Maintain and update lead data in CRM or sales tracking systems.

* Follow up with prospects to schedule meetings, demos, and discussions.

*Customer Relationship Management

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

* Address customer queries promptly and professionally.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective coordination.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





* Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

* Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). and Zoho

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling and inventory

management.

* Experience with CRM software like Zoho will be an added advantage.

* Knowledge of Digital marketing and Social media

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a

related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Coordination, Operations and Inside

Sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
