About the Role

SSID – Shruti Sodhi Interior Designs is hiring a Sales Head for its luxury furniture and interior brand, The Marquis Manor.

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven sales qualified who can generate high-quality leads, drive revenue, and convert premium prospects into long-term clients. Our luxury interior design projects start from ₹5 lakh, and the ideal candidate should have experience in handling high-value clients and closing premium sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, architects, builders, channel partners, and digital platforms.
- Drive end-to-end sales, from lead generation to project closure.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and recommend luxury interior design and furniture solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct showroom presentations and client meetings at The Marquis Manor Experience Centre.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare project proposals, presentations, and quotations.




- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with all prospects.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in luxury interior design, premium furniture, real estate, architecture, modular interiors, or luxury lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about luxury sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
