Job Summary
Radiance Global is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting software such as Tally Prime. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and ledger accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations and return filings.
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain petty cash and financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and vendors for financial documentation.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in export/import or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills.
