- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque deposits and other branch transactions.
- Verify customer details, signatures, documents and transaction instructions.
- Maintain accurate cash records and ensure daily cash balancing.
- Handle customer queries related to accounts and routine banking services.
- Follow KYC, compliance and bank policies during all transactions.
- Identify suspicious or irregular transactions and report them as per bank procedures.
- Maintain proper records of cash, vouchers, receipts and transaction documents.
- Provide quick and courteous customer service at the counter.
- Educate customers about relevant banking products and services and generate referrals where required.
- Coordinate with Branch Operations and Relationship Managers for customer requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and security while handling customer information and cash.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
