About the role:

- Plan and execute shoots for vehicle reviews, comparisons, launches, features, and other automotive content.
- Develop the visual language of each video in partnership with journalists, presenters, and the editorial team.
- Handle cinematography and videography across studio, outdoor, event, and on-road environments.
- Translate an editorial brief into thoughtful shot plans, compositions, camera movements, and visual sequences.
- Use lighting, framing, lenses, camera settings, and sound awareness to consistently produce high-quality footage.
- Contribute actively to the story rather than simply recording what happens in front of the camera.
- Capture both long-form and short-form footage suitable for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Organize and hand over footage cleanly to the editing team.
- Create quick, basic edits—on mobile or desktop—when covering launches or time-sensitive events so content can be published without delay.
- Maintain and use production equipment responsibly while following safe shooting practices.

Good to have:

- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematography,



videography, and visual storytelling.
- Ideally 4–5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience shooting automobiles is strongly preferred, especially for senior candidates.
- Candidates from travel, lifestyle, journalism, digital media, or creator-led content may also be considered if their work demonstrates robust storytelling and direction.
- A sound understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, composition, movement, frame rates, exposure, and production workflows.
- Basic editing ability and the ability to turn around simple event or social-media edits quickly.
- Ability to collaborate closely with presenters, journalists, editors, and the wider content team.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments, including launches, outdoor shoots, and travel assignments.
- Availability to work full-time from Delhi NCR. Candidates applying from elsewhere should be certain about relocating before entering the process.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
